Merebrook are delighted to have achieved the Bronze Award for all our work towards becoming a sustainable, environmentally and eco-friendly community taking positive action to protect and preserve our planet.

So far we have worked installed solar panels, ensure we compost fruit and vegetables as well as grow own. We are very proud of what we have achieved so far!

Every year we have a new group of children who are democratically elected by their peers to represent them on the Eco Committee. Members of our current Eco Committee are:
Noah, Jada, Lola-Grace, Harley and Jensen

Our Eco Committee have got straight to work reminding everyone to use the variety of recycling bins we have in school for: paper, pens and batteries.  This year, they are working hard to achieve the Silver Award!
